Morning Movement with Coach Rodney

Mondays & Wednesdays
Beginning January 13th


Youth will be involved in low impact cardio and strength exercises. Movements will be focused on flexibility, strength, and core development. Each child is encouraged to have a bottle of water during the session for hydration.
