Black Women’s Day of Meditation – Oakland
Black Women’s Day of Meditation is an annual holiday event that seeks to unite BIPOC all over the world in efforts to promote good mental and emotional health through meditation techniques. Join us and relax, stretch, learn helpful breathing techniques, or go into a yoga nidra sleep listening to soundbowls. This event is open to everyone (not solely Black women)… all that we ask is for you to bring a mat and good vibes.
