Citywide Frontline Collaborative 2024 Convening

You are invited to the 2nd Annual San Francisco 2024 Citywide Frontline Collaborative (CFC) – “In the City, Wellness is Possible” Luncheon. We are excited to bring everyone together again, May 16, 2024.

Together, we can foster a workplace ethos where every individual feels valued, essential, and encouraged to be well, as we serve our city. Embrace this opportunity to replenish your spirit with positivity, strengthen bonds with peers, and gain fresh perspectives, while gathering skills to bring back to the team.

This Luncheon will be held at the Historical Hibernia Bank, 1 Jones Street, San Francisco, CA – 12:30pm – 3:30pm. Doors open at 12:00pm for lunch.

This is an extension of our virtual convening back in December 2022, following our last year’s in-person engagement on May 25, 2023. “We are well, We are whole, We are San Francisco!”

Expect inspiring keynotes, workshops on healing from various cultures and moving music as we will have a live band. Our very own lounge for opportunity to network amongst departments. This event is produced by Blaze Consulting Group. If you take care of others, then this moment of self-care is for you. Lunch will be provided.

Intended Audience: San Francisco Case Managers, Program Coordinators, Program Directors, Direct services providers working with Transitional Aged Young Adults and their grantees, suppliers, or other non-CFC member department colleague.

Participation

All workshops are develop with opportunities to cross collaborate, create, learn and share. Please be mindful of workshops being interactive through video, chat or audio responses. If you’re unable to actively participate, please share this with our providers during the workshop. We strive for flexibility and understanding of the vast responsibilities you may hold, if you have additional questions about active participation please reach out to the facilitator.
